Every reagent, consumable, and instrument with quantities, locations, vendor and catalog numbers, and per-item reorder points. Reagents deduct themselves when a protocol runs, and low-stock and expiring-soon items flag automatically.

Request supplies and route them through approve → order → received. Received items flow straight into inventory, and spend is tracked by grant — so restocking is one connected loop, not a separate spreadsheet.
